So Cooper has a totally rad birth story, one that I know his parents, Lisa & Matt will share for years to come. Cooper was born on Super Bowl Sunday! How freaking awesome is that? I’m pretty stoked that I had newborn session for a baby born on Super Bowl Sunday. I mean, the people living in Texas have got to be the biggest fans of football in the world right? We’re the home of the Dallas Cowboys! AND we live in the city who’s football team just won the High School State Championships! Woop Woop! Go Mineola Yellow Jackets!
Lisa told me that friends and family are starting to call him Super Coop! Anyway! Enough about football! Let’s talk about Lisa & Cooper! It was crazy because Lisa wasn’t due until February 22nd, but had Cooper 3 weeks early at Trinity Mother Francis in Tyler. He was 7lbs. 12oz. and 20 1/2 inches long. She had gone to the hospital on Friday night with consistent contractions, but because she was so far from her due date, there wasn’t much the L&D staff could do. Eventually she went back on Saturday and they were able to break her water and get things moving along!
Baby Cooper is SO DANG CUTE! He did really well during his Newborn Session, and as a bonus he gave us some really cute scruncy-faced looks. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Cooper’s mom Lisa for helping me during the session with making sure Cooper stayed safe & sound.
