Holden’s session was my last Newborn Session with an old portable heater; and now I know that heater wasn’t doing me any favors.  It took a while for Holden to settle down.  A thing that has happened in just a few minutes with other babies after using my new heaters.  I may also chalk it up to Holden being a few weeks older than most during their Newborn Session.

Holden’s mom, Courtney has a heart condition that not only complicates her pregnancy, it endangers her own life; but only during pregnancy.  Though Courtney made it to full term with Holden, he was born a few weeks early and we had to wait until he weighed enough for his Newborn Session.

We still ended up with amazing images, and I’m thrilled we got one of Big Brother Auggie with his new build-in best friend!
